Hi everyone,

Little nervous here, my fiancee was born on the month of May and on the application I mistakenly put the month as the number 6 in stead of the number 5 for may, would this cause any problems

or how would I go about fixing it?

I'm a wreck right about now, haha, some people say correct when you get a RFE or have your fiancee fix it at the interview.  I am not sure which one is the correct thing to do.

I just got a letter of receipt and the birthday was wrong and i looked at my copy of the application and I had the wrong month number listed.

Thanks

I wouldn't worry too much if I was you. Call uscis and I'm sure someone will assist you in changing it or it can be corrected on DS -160 before the interview.

This exact situation happened to us when we filled in June. My fiance's (the US citizen) birth month was wrong. I put 10 instead of 9 for September (face palm) when I filled out the i129f for him. He called USCIS and they fixed it right away. They do not send a 2nd noa1 notice.
