Travel to Uk using advanced parole

Hi,I am flying too the Uk for a holiday in December with my American spouse for the first time since I have obtained my EAD and travel combo card,I’m flying using British airways I assume as I’m currently waiting for my green card interview I won’t need ESTA too re-enter the United States,I will be taking the official marriage certificate and all USCIS paperwork we have as further evidence of my current immigrant status.

Has anyone else recently flown back too England using advanced parole

I haven't flown from England but I recently came back to the States with advanced parole without an issue.

People travel all the time using AP. You’ll be fine as long as AP is still valid and you still have a pending I-485. The most that’ll happen is they’ll send you to secondary to have it verified b fore parolling you.

Adjustment of Status From F-1 Visa.

8/14/2014: Mailed AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765.

8/18/2014: Accepted in Chicago. Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

8/21/2014: Received NOA 1. I-130, I-485, I-765 in mail.

8/25/2014: Received biometrics in mail. Scheduled for 9/8/2014

9/24/2014: EAD approved. 36 Days!

10/01/2014: EAD mailed.

10/03/2014: Received EAD card.

10/14/2014: I-485 moved to testing and interview.

1/28/2015: Interview scheduled for 3/4/2015.

1/31/2015: Received interview notice.

3/4/2015: Interview completed and APPROVED!

3/5/2015: Welcome notice mailed and I-130 Approved.

3/10/2015: Welcome notice and I-130 approval notice received.

3/12/2015: Green card mailed.

3/14/2015: Green card delivered.

02/27/2019: Joint I-751/N-400 interview. N-400 recommended for approval.

05/16/2019: N-400 APPROVED! Placed in line for oath ceremony.

05/17/2019: Oath ceremony notice mailed.

Hey! I'm from the UK also,  in March I went home using AP. Flew British Airways also :) Had absolutely no issues! Took my marriage certificate as my passport is still in my maiden name, passport, my NOA1 for AOS, and the combo card. Was a very smooth process coming back in!

I did not have an issue travelling to UK and back again when I had my AP in 2015. 

 

 

Immigration Timeline

 

June 2013: Met whilst working at a summer camp in Michigan 

K1

November 1st 2014: I-129f submitted for K1 visa

February 24th 2015: Visa in hand!

February 26th 2015: POE at Las Vegas airport, then onwards to Oregon! 

March 6th 2015: Marriage (with a "real" wedding to follow next year on 7/6/2016)

March 9th 2015: AOS, EAD & AP submitted

September 22nd 2015: Interview

January 14th 2016: Two year Green card received -phew!

ROC

August 8th 2017: 90 day window begins! ROC time!

September 28th 2017: Biometric Appointment in Portland, OR

March 5th 2018: Case received by local office

August 18th 2018: 18 month extension letter mailed

December 2018: Case moved to another office

February 2019: I was emailed that I was approved and my card was in production the same day of my N400 interview 😂

N400

August 8th 2018: Window opens to submit naturalization application

August 13th 2018: N400 Application submitted online 

August 14th 2018: NOA1

September 6th 2018: Biometrics

February 6th 2019: Interview Date! APPROVED!

February 6th 2019: I was asked to return later the same day for my Oath Ceremony! :dance:

Does anyone know if I’ll face any issues if I don’t have the original copy of my I-797 with me. I have a photo copy but I cannot for the life of me find the original. I have my origanal NOA’s for both EAD and AP though. I’m stressing out cos I’m leaving on Monday next week.
