On the 17th, my EAD was approved. My AOS was also put forward for an interview, but nothing scheduled yet.

Hi! im  getting married in March (in addition to our past small courthouse wedding).

Does it add value as proof of relationship (for the interview) anything related to this future wedding celebration? like invitations, receipts of what we booked, etc. etc

or not relevant since we are already legally married and they wont care about our party?

Save it for the interview.

Hi everyone!

Been lurking here here for a while but thought I would post on here! We received our NOA1 August 24th 2018 and had biometrics done November 6th 2018.

Since then, our AOS has updated to “interview ready to be scheduled” and EAD still stuck at “case has been received” with no updates so far.

Should I be worried? It’s been so long and I just want to be able to work already and get our interview scheduled! 😭 I didn’t get any information about whether our case got transferred or not but we’re in Austin, TX, so I’m assuming it’s been transferred to the Texas Service Center? Our case number starts with MSC which I understand to mean it’s being processed by National Benefits Center.

Sorry, just wanted to share my worries with y’all and see if anyone else is in the same boat? Thanks everyone and good luck to all who are still waiting and congrats to all who have gotten approved!

Should I be worried? No but you should be getting your EAD soon as they process at 4 to 6 months currently at the NBC. Today they were working on Aug 5th EAD applicants.  It’s been so long and I just want to be able to work already and get our interview scheduled! 😭 I didn’t get any information about whether our case got transferred or not but we’re in Austin, TX, so I’m assuming it’s been transferred to the Texas Service Center? Your local field office can be found here by inputting your zip code:

https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-uscis-office/field-offices

Then you can check the estimated processing times of your LFO by inputting I485 and your LFO here:

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Our case number starts with MSC which I understand to mean it’s being processed by National Benefits Center.

You got it and then once it's been "ready to be scheduled" it will be sent to your LFO.

Sorry, just wanted to share my worries with y’all and see if anyone else is in the same boat? Thanks everyone and good luck to all who are still waiting and congrats to all who have gotten approved!

Just let you know that I am exactly the same as you except that I am in Washington DC.

I believe EAD is on its way. Just be extra patient.
