I am afraid now that what worst can happen :(

You are fine , divorce happened in USA. They know exactly what USA divorce papers look like. Its not pakistan where you can pay to get any paper you want .

The embassy told me during our interview that Pakistani men "attempt" to petition for Pakistani wives after divorcing their USC wife and it is has become an epidemic.  They also made it very clear to my husband that he should be careful about applying for anyone in the future (like they are going to watch him..lol) .

If you knew your husband before his divorce with the UCS I would say there is a good possibility it could come up.

Every case is different there are things that come up in some interviews and others with he same story not a mention at all.  I think the more people try to figure out how the embassy works the more they change it.

Just be honest and try to relax in the end it will all work out.   Allah knows best!
