Hi i have question plss my husband make 22 thousand at 2017 and 21thousand dollars for 2016 but his 2015 only make 13thousand that year because that when he started working at walmart.. did he meet the income requirment? or we need joint sponsor?? plss need help my interview is nextmonth on august 17 are they going to lopk up 2015? and ask for joint sponsor?

yes he is eligible. However, at that income, I would suggest a co sponsor as well.

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

That would depend on whether he has any unmarried children under 21 or if you are bringing a child.  If neither, then technically he qualifies.  However, it is always a judgment call.

hi sir my husband is only 1 never been married no children im his first wife im so nervious sir tht i will get denied im worried.. hehe
