Mom and dad entered the US on May 2nd on immigrant visas (parents of a US citizen). I had already paid each of their alien registration fees back in April. On May 25th, dad's status changed to "card is being produced", then the following day (May 26th), mom's status changed the same way to "card is being produced". On May 31, dad's Green Card was mailed to him. However, mom's never came. Then, in June, mom received an I-797 Notice of Action letter, asking her to go to a biometrics appointment! She had her biometrics taken on June 27th, but the employees who took her biometrics seemed confused and unsure about why she received such letter. Now, over two weeks later, mom still doesn't have her green card and her status changed online from "card being produced" to "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS"!

Is this normal? We are starting to worry! How long will it take for her green card to come?
