Is https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov not most up to date any more?

The site https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov states that they received my response to their RFE last November.

 

But T2 officer says that the local office is scheduling my interview since March. Shouldn't the new site reflect that?

 

Just wanted to share my experience in case some of you are completely relying on the new site thinking that it is up to date...

 

Hoping to hear more experienced member to share their insights.

The new MyAccount system is generally accurate, but not 100% accurate. I've seen scattered reports of people saying they weren't notified of any update, but when they logged in there was an update. All that does is make me login to my account 2-3 times a day to see if that's happened to me, which isn't exactly helpful for my sanity.

Neither site is fully up to date. I would say the newer one (the one linked above) does tend to be updated more often than the older one.

i have yet to get any notifications of any kind, either, and i signed up quite some time ago now.

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

On this one https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do it shows "Interview Was Scheduled" while the myaccount one is still showing "We received your response to our request for more information. Your case is no longer on hold."

 

However before that myaccount one updated first for when they received my RFE response. So I'd just keep checking both.

That's true for me as well. the myaccount one showed "Scheduling your interview" for a long time and the egov one showed "Fingerprint fee received". And now the egov one says "interview was scheduled" and the dhs one is still on "Scheduling your interview"...

My husband got approved for his permanent Green Card (Lifting Conditions) and we still have not been notified by email or text. I found out by logging in to uscis.gov and entering the case number, https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov  didn't update until 3 days later.
