Hey guys,

I sent my adjustment of status to the Chicago address and it was received on June 4th. Until today I haven't received any emails or text if my application was received/accepted.

The check was not cashed yet.

Can someone tell me how long does it take to get a notification once the application is received?

Thanks in advance.

so the normal process now is 30 days ?

I have read some people receive a notification after a week or so .

My wife's admission will expire the end of June, so just need a proof that we filed just in case

I am in the same situation- they received my packet on Monday and I have not heard/seen anything yet- check has not been cashed.

I am really hoping there are no delays in this process!

Would be keen to hear what the average timeframe is to get a response?

We filed with a credit card on 5/31/2018 and by the 6/7/2018 we has email notification for AOS

Nothing will happen, there's not even a requirement to file for AOS before the 90 days are up. You're perfectly fine.

Many people receive their NOA1 within 2 weeks but that doesn't mean everyone does. 30 days isn't that uncommon, so if you call them now they will tell you to give it at least 30 days.

It used to be up to 30 days for ROC too but nowadays quite a few people have to wait for almost two months to receive their NOA1.

Anything yet my friend? I am still waiting and getting anxious by the day. I have seen many other people get there confirmation within 1 week so don't understand what the hold up is. :(

I received a notification by email/text Wednesday night. It took around 16 days. I have read many people called USCIS and they got their case number. I would suggest to call USCIS
