Hey everyone; 

ive a question & im very worried about it! Id appreciate if someone would help me with this. My husband got some speeding tickets and he visited me after that. He missed the court date behind! His license got revoked and he was telling me that there’s a warrant too on his name. W.e is happening I just want to know can this anyhow affect my case which is processing under f2a? He’s doing a job, but not driving since then. I’m just too curious and depressed! Help!

He’s the petitioner. But his case is falling into a misdemeanor class A as what he told me. He’s just hiring an attorney and this warrant issued after one year of our marriage when he visited me again and unable to attend the court date
