Yes! The IO even explained that as well.

HI,

I had an interview today (Newark NJ) and my medical exams was already expired.

The officer didn't ask at all about medical exams.

So, I am happy that I didn't spend extra money to repeat everything.

  • 2 weeks later...

What is the average cost of a medical in the US?

I had my medical in the U.K in Jan 2017 and the results were sent directly to the embassy. Then when I moved to the US in May 2017 I paid to get the i693 vaccination sheet transcribed and was given a copy of this.

As my medical is one year out I plan on having another one by a USCIS US based doctor, do you go back to the doctor a few days later and collect a sealed envelope to provide at your AOS interview, does this include a i693?

Hi everyone.

This is stressing me out. My medical was done in May last year and since I came here with a k1 I gave my sealed envelope to the migration officer at the POE.  I sent my vaccination sheet to them with my application and my interview is literally in 2 weeks. My field office is Hartford, CT.

I really don't want to do the medical again. Needles scare me.  I see divided opinions between people not getting asked for it and others are required.

What should I do?
