So i just quit my job and im about getting anew one and i was wondering if i should notify the uscis office about this information 
anyone who know the answer ill be so thankfull !! 

i fill out my i130 and send it on september and my case is pendding still and i dont wanna make it longer !

No need. The information on the I-130 is "as of" the date that you signed it. If everyone notified USCIS of job changes they'd be pretty busy with just that. On any future documents, if asked, list your new job as the current one (in other words, always provide information that is current as of the day you sign the document). They know this stuff happens so it's by no means an inconsistency.

I know. It's all about persistence with them. And then when you do get someone, don't be shocked if you don't get a good answer. They have really generic scripts that they read from.
