Is the consulate birth certificate a NADRA style birth certificate (like the ones shown on mamooinpakistan)?

Does it say "late entry" or anything like that?

No but I can use it as an additional secondary evidence. I am still waiting for my NADRA BC based on UC.

No late entry on Consulate issued BC.

Hello. Will the following Affidavit/Notarized document be accepted by USCIS from my eldest Brother? He was 15 at the time of my birth.

STATE OF <Name of State>

COUNTY OF <Name of County>

BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, on this day personally appeared <FIRST LAST NAME, who begin by me first duly sworn, on oath deposed and stated as follows:

My name is: <FIRST LAST NAME>

I presently reside at: <Home Address>

My telephone #: <Phone #>

I was born on <Month, Day, Year>

I am a citizen of The United States of America.

I am the elder brother of <Applicant's Name>, and I have personally know <Applicant's Name> since his birth. I was physically present at the time of his birth with my beloved father, along grandparents and other family members at the hospital. I was very happy to see him. I specifically remember that day. We all were very excited. Uncles and aunts wanted a chance to name him. There were many names, my grandfather asked all to write the name on a piece of paper and put it in a bucket, and then he picked one, and the name on that paper was <Applicant's First Name>, and that's how he became <Applicant's First Last Name>.

I am not sure that this will fly. Why can you not produce a copy of the birth certificate.

I have the extract of my BC which was all that was given out. I am in a process of my getting my BC which is accepted from the Travel gov site. I also have a BC that was issued to me by a local consulate but that isn’t accepted and that would be my secondary evidence with School Leaving Certificate.

NADRA approved my renewal of NICOP. on June 13th. The e-mail said the application type was NEW. Not sure why. Same Tracking ID and Citizen # though and with the correct Date of Birth.

Mamoo In Pakistan said that I was added into the Database for my BC but that was before my NADRA approval. They will get my BC by next Monday or so but I am wondering if the Union Council will see my correct Date of Birth and printed on the document.

I've asked our friendly Mods to merge this thread with your existing past one since this is a follow-up question to that one.

Always easier to stick to one thread since other pertinent information is already in the older one. :)
