 Being a "good citizen" involves far more than 100 questions. Based on the posts, she is unlikely to be able to handle these since the first post show so little knowledge of the process by her husband.

She can also just Google the questions. My husband and I went through them once for fun and they are extremely easy. I can't imagine needing more than a day or two to study for them. Some of them are stuff like who is the current president, where is the statue of liberty and which ocean is to the west of the US.

100 questions technique:
It is very easy to try to answer them all first, see which answers are easy/correct, and make a short list of the harder or problem ones, and work on that.

Some questions are essentially easy, or fairly well known, but the wording needs to be accurate.
