What is up with Potomac Service Center?

What exactly is a "while"? I see a few VJ timelines with a NOA2 from Potamic on their I-130 for a CR-1/IR-1 visa over the past few weeks. The latest was on 6/4 (Monday), with several others the week prior. Keep in mind VJ members with a current timeline only make up a small number of total petitions.

Based on the very small VJ sample size, it does seem that Potomac has slowed considerably. Meanwhile, Texas is averaging 168 days from NOA1 to NOA2 over the last twenty days. Statistically insignificant numbers? Probably.

I do wish there was a way to remove the members who screw up their timeline and skew the results, like the March filer from Potomac, who got their NOA2 in 4 days.
