Ones processing started with nvc and I was able to pay the fee for AOS and other Son's case still shows priority date Feb, 2015 ( Both filled together).

It shows different classes F22 for current and F24 for other even both are 26 and 32 years old.

I'm confused, could it be possible my older son is abnormal and that's why theh put him in F22 class category?

Thanks for your help.

hi

yes, you need to correct the category since your son doesn't qualify yet, he still has years of waiting

if you continue until he gets the interview and pay the rest of the forms, he will be denied, based on he is over 21 and has more years of waiting

so have that corrected before you keep on paying, the money won't be returned, but don't pay anything else
