Hello again. This is my 3rd questions. My husband is going to send his 1-130 form together with my 1-485 application. Do I have to send the form 1-130a also together with 1-130? By the way, Im here in US. I came as a tourist,  and I got married to a USC a month before the expiration of my 6 months stay. Thanks.

As the beneficiary spouse of the petitioner you must provide an I-130A.

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received
