my husband filed our papers last april 27th we recieved our noa 1 may 4th... cant wait to recieved the noa 2...my daughter and i are very excited but i think we need to be patient...best of luck to everyone😊

I-129F priority date 05/03/2018

and both sent to Nebraska Service Senter

No approval yet. I did request an expedite through my senator. I’m hoping to hear back next week on the status of the expedite request.

I was going to request expedition too. I see some saying it's not going to happen or doesn't make much of a difference. Keep us posted friend.

 Requested an expedite though my California Senator, Kamala Harris. My senator’s office informed me today that USCIS had approved my I-130 and would be forwarding my case to NVC. They said I should get my NOA2 in 3-5 days. As it’ll forward to Paraguay where I’m residing throughout August, it’ll be more like 2-3 weeks. Our situation is very specific however so I don’t think my lessons learned will apply to many others unfortunately.

Anyone filed I-765 for work permit and got it? I am May filer. But want to see if anyone in this group got it. My fingerprinting was done on June 15th. I am in US on a non immigrant visa and my husband is a USC.

Regarding to send to your case to your local senator, how does this work? Is it something really possible to speed up your immigration process?

You don’t send your case to the local senator. You ask you senator or Congress person to request USCIS expedite your case given meeting one or more of USCIS’ expedite criteria: humanitarian reasons, economic hardship of individual, in the interest of U.S. culture (NGO’s), in the interest of U.S. government ( a branch of the government needs to indicate this), in USG interest. Search for USCIS expedite for more information. It’s not easy and many expedite requests don’t get approved.
