They are here.. applied on may 11th. NBC

I am waiting for my parents AP. They want to travel back home in October for an event. Did you call USCIS to check on the status of your parents' AP?

 @July-I130 so the story is my parents had to go back to their home country for a mandatory pension paperwork. Iexpedited the process and USCiS requirement was to send proof related to our request. We did send it and few days later called them back as my parents were running out of time. I was transferred to tier2 and they made an infopass appointment. On the day of appointment the officer saw the documents and denied our request to provide expedited AP as he felt like the documentation which we submitted was not good enough. We couldnt do much and headed back, later after 2 weeks their 131 status changed to case approved. It took exactly 4months to get approval, im not sure if the approval was due to our expedited request or was a regular process.

from june 2018 how long did u received your case number? now they have new process of papers they have online site to upload all your documents if you start your process thru online

We got the case&invoice #s on August 1,2018. NVC review the our case on sept.12 and requested another document which was sent last week and now we are waiting for a CC and interview date.

our case is not pivot

*7weeks and 5 days for case&invoice number,  we received an email with this information

*we started with the 6 steps and sent all financial and civil documents by mail.

probably this week your going to get your case complete email and next week you got your interview letter.. cause now they have new easy process ..if you start to process online it will case complete 10 days after you upload all the required documents then after you got your case complete 1 week they sent you the Interview letter (IL)

Not all countries have electronic process I think eventually all cases will be ... Yes we are hoping to have a cc this week at interview a few days after. Thanks

Hi! our case was completed at nvc on October 4, now we are waiting for the interview date.

My husband visa category is IR5. His son is doing the petition for him. My husband is waiting in his country all the process has been outside US. He is just waiting for the interview date.
