Hello,

I am just getting started and would like to check to make sure this is correct.

I want to bring my husband and our 2 children to US. I came here as part of my mother's IR-1 visa. I'm not sure if that matters for anything.

I have looked at the guides and believe I need to file three I-130 forms. Is that correct?

Thank you!

it depends on the age of your children

if they are under 21, you can file for your husband and your minor children would come as his derivatives.. the petition takes 2 years, and the children under 21.

so it would be only one i130

You married after you came over with your Mother I presume.

Hello Delish,

You filed one I130 for your wife and 2 children. I have husband and 2 children.  Did you have to pay just the $535 or was it $1605 for the filing fee?
