Hi 

 

Sorry if I have posted in the wrong subject, I have been trying about 3 times now to sign up for a my uscis account and every time I submit it. It goes to the normal page and then I try to login in and comes up with an error message.  I am the alien beneficiary but it does say applicants can sign up. Has anyone else had problems or is there something I'm missing.

Are you trying from your mobile phone? Cause the website gives me an error on my mobile. Try a pc, laptop or Ipad. That should do the trick.

Yes I have tried on my mobile and iPad so next option I will try the laptop. Did you click on the signup option again on the laptop

You should be able to log in with the data you entered on your phone. It probably saved everything it just cant verify you logging in.

Are you aware that USCIS has two websites now? They just launched a new one.

No, I will try that. Also I have managed to log in on my laptop and where it says add receipt number I added it and comes up with a validation error saying you are attempting to add a receipt number that does not exist in my case status, 

 

Now What? We filed in 19dec 2017

I'm not sure. Check your NOA1 if your receipt number is correct? It should work.

Yes I checked it. I wonder if it's because my case hasn't been looked at yet.  Do you know a number we can call and speak to a human

My case hasn't been looked at either and I can look it up just fine. I know December has some weird things going on with the K1 case numbers.

How very odd, we have a  cr1 visa,  I will try and call them thank u

Well I tried option. 2 and yes I got through and twice they tried to put me through to another customer service line and the automated person asked for a number to call me back, well it was impossible to enter a uk nunber for a call back. Grrr

Our receipt number is also not in their online system, so yes must call for updates. Unfortunately the only thing they will tell you is that it's pending.

When did you file? I guess when they have seen our case it will update.
