Hello everyone, so my fiancé was filling his I-134 to bring it for my interview but he has a couple of questions regarding the form, any help would be appreciated for clearing them up, thank you.

On Question 38 on page 4, I've seen the example document but would a joint-sponsor also leave this question blank and put a similar statement on page 8? Also regarding evidence, is it a good idea to bring anything other then what is requested, such as paystubs or w2's? and who at the bank needs to sign the statement?

Is he using savings/assets to cover the I-134? Cause really if he's using a joint sponsor showing banking info is kind of pointless. If he makes ample income and doesn't need a join sponsor, still banking seems useless unless just trying to "beef" up how it looks financially for himself. By all means do supply them if worth while though. Doesn't hurt I wouldn't think.

Main things are:

3 months current pay stubs

Letter from employer (stating full time/permanent employment or part time, hourly wage/salary rate, length at company/hiring date, ect.)

W2's/ Tax transcripts - I sent three years w2's. Used the tax transcripts later for AOS from here https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
