2018 San Francisco filers

Curious; I've never had an option to call them directly, and they've never scheduled me anywhere but downtown SF.

 

Frankly, if they can set you up with an appointment in Sac, maybe you should see if they can transfer your case there. I bet it'd be faster.

Yes. I needed an stamp to renew my dl and work purpose. My gc is expiring next month and I haven't received my NOA. My receipt # for my I751 case starts with WAC and I believe thats here in california. I just dont know what office

Hi Vj's, I am about to file the n400 online as will be filing in SF, once I submit the online forms does it take me to a site to pay the fees? Whats the ETA from submittal to interview? Thanks

Yes, it directs you to pay the fees after you submit the forms online. It's pretty foolproof.

 

As for ETA, well, I'm still waiting for interview. It says either "February 2019" or "7 days" estimated completion.

It’s official now. We just submitted our n400 and paid the fees.

It takes about 1 yr from the time of submitting N400 to interview at SFO field office.

Just checked USPS informed mail and will get official hard copy of NOA1, how long til they schedule biometrics fingerprints appointment?

My "Estimated wait time" has been doing a daily countdown (started at 30 days) and now says 20 days so hopefully it's accurate.  My "Estimated case completion time" says "February 2019 (2 months)"

Well, I didn't check it for awhile, then went away for the holiday, and came back and found a nice shiny interview appointment letter in my mailbox today. I presume it was delivered yesterday as my mother-in-law (who was watching over the place) said she had been picking up mail regularly. And the notice date on the letter is... 12/21, exactly 7 day from when I said "7 days" on 12/14. It's like clockwork, it seems!

 

Anyway, interview is scheduled for 1/28. Gonna put 12/21 in for the letter date despite it not actually arriving until 12/31.
