I wanted to share to help anyone going through this process, my fiancé was denied his K1 in Nov 2015 after 8 months in AP. We got our passports back and took another trip to Dubai this being our third trip. Due to work and life we applied for a second K1 I didn't want to get married and leave my husband. We front loaded everything we had all our proof, this website and members here helped me a lot. We have red flags and I addressed all there concerns in the second petition, making sure they understood we loved each other. Again the interview and a 221g then the DS-5535 form we have had it all, and after 10 months in AP again my fiancé is flying here as we speak. True loves wins in the end  :)
