Hello,

I'm on J1, my fiance is a U.S. citizen. We are getting married in 2 weeks and I want to know the exact list of documents we have to mail the very first time. I want to send everything I can at the same time. These are the ones I know of:

AOS

I-130

I-864

I-131

I-485

G-1145

G325-A (Foreign National+US citizen)

I-693

I-765

Plus supporting dosuments and payment.

 Did I miss something?

Thank you!

Hi,

Congratulations! Here is the official guide:

http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

G325 A is obsolete and replaced with I-130 A.

You could check my application package through the link in my signature (not visible in mobile site)

It might be better to wait in sending the I-693, because of the expiration date. You can bring it to the interview instead to avoid the risk of it being expired.

No problem. :) Also, take what @ColoradoBeauty into consideration regarding Form I-693. I don't mean to burst your bubble or discourage you, but USCIS is getting more and more unreliable with their processing timeline these days. You don't want your Form I-693 expiring and pay the fees again. :)

Sounds good. Of course I don't want to pay twice, I'll just take it with me for the interview then. Thank you guys!
