Hi, am 31 years old. February of last year my mom filed the i130 for me. She is a U.S. citizen.  The application was accepted and was sent to California processing center.  Whenever i check the processing time it always say the say thing for the i130. Can someone tell he how long is the process time?

5 to 7 years. Including Uscis and NVC time. 

You would be in F1 category. 

Only 25k visa are available for this category per year. 

After getting approval from uscis you have to wait a long time to visa get available if you are overseas beneficiary.
