Absolutely, that is the basis for how a K-1 visa works which I assume is what he will come over on when you refer to it as a "marriage" visa

No that's the thing we are already married in Pakistan I just want to make sure our marriage and agreements are legal here in the US our nikha is in Urdu

US will recognize the marriage.  No need to marry here again.  If they didn't then you would never receive a spouse visa in the first place

You are already married. Like @payxibka said, that is how you got your spousal visa. You had to prove you were married to get the visa.

 

Do you just want to have a separate ceremony in the US? If so, you are free to do that.

looking at your timeline you have already applied for spousal visa

 

1) you dont need to marry again in the USA. your marriage in Pakistan is considered legal in USA.

2) if you feel like having another wedding ceremony when he comes to USA, feel free to do so .. it will not affect anything ...
