Please allow up to six weeks from the date USCIS approved your petition for us to receive it. We will contact you with instructions on the next steps once we have your approved petition." 

 

They really should contact my fiancé in the next coming weeks otherwise how else will we know to take the next steps...

4/21/2021 - Sent ROC Package via FedEx

4/22/2021 - FedEx package delivered and signed

5/11/2021 - Check cashed

5/14/2021 - Received NOA1 via mail (NOA1 date: 5/8/2021)

6/9/2021 -  Biometrics waived - Case updated to Fingerprints taken

is there a slight chance they are running july early although they are still so behind in May and stuff????

Well, wow, things are getting silent up here...I can't believe they're moving on with so many people still waiting <_<

Looks like not much is going on in June either actually...Did they just not update the trackers?

Status changed: Response to RFE received to CASE APPROVED
