Can someone please add me? I just mailed my N400 to Phoenix, AZ today 12/02/17. My green card date is 03/04/2015. My field office is Seattle, WA.

8/14/2014: Mailed AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765.

8/18/2014: Accepted in Chicago. Transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

8/21/2014: Received NOA 1. I-130, I-485, I-765 in mail.

8/25/2014: Received biometrics in mail. Scheduled for 9/8/2014

9/24/2014: EAD approved. 36 Days!

10/01/2014: EAD mailed.

10/03/2014: Received EAD card.

10/14/2014: I-485 moved to testing and interview.

That is a good point indeed! I brought it up with the IO at the infopass appointment last month. He mentioned you can still apply online for N-400 but the adjudication of N-400 will only happen after I-751 has been approved. And during that infopass appointment he mentioned to include a copy of the extension letter that says that the green card expiration has been extended for a year and the copy of the original green card with the online N-400 application in the same section. Also include any valid I-551 stamps in the passport if applicable. This just shows that you are a legal permanent resident at the time of N-400 application.

Correct, you can still apply even if i751 has not been approved, I am just saying that in that case, I'd rather attached a cover letter explaining the situation rather than creating issues (common with USCIS :/)..

2/28/2013: Attorney mailed the I-130 from a U.S. address.
3/4/2013: Priority date, NOA1.
11/6/2013: Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

1/6/2014: 60 days of transfer are up, put in an e-request, given 30 days' time. Contacted the senator. Senator asked to wait till Feb 6 and if nothing then she will do something.
2/5/2014: Website status changed to RFE.
2/10/2014: Attorney gets RFE. They need G325A and photos of both me and husband, original marriage certificate, copy of marriage record and it's translation.
2/15/2014: Mailed the requisite documents to husband.
2/19/2014: Documents received by husband.
2/24/2014: RFE mailed.
2/26/2014: Case status changed to RFE review.
3/6/2014: After 367 days, NOA2.

After approval kept calling NVC but NVC always had one reply, file was not in their system. Husband too called USCIS National Customer Service Center and was told case was sent to NVC.
4/2/2014: Write to NSCFollowup to know about the status of the petition.
4/10/2014: Put in a ?service request with USCIS starting with OVP to locate case.
4/16/2014: Reply from NSCFollowup that the U.S. law prohibited that office from responding to anyone other than the petitioner and to have the petitioner contact them.
4/18/2014: Sent email to NVC Research to locate the case.
4/22/2014: Petitioner sent email to NSCFollowup
5/14/2014: Receive email from NVC Research that they do not have a record of receiving the petition.

I posted my application via USPS Priority Mail on 12/01/2017. As of this post, the package is en route to Dallax, TX. I could not file online because I requested a reduced filing fee to be charged to my credit card. Hopefully, the request is accepted. Although I could not find a clear answer on the USCIS website, I searched other websites and learnt that if the reduced fee request is denied, USCIS will reject the N-400. Let's see how everything goes.

Applying online is just the sending of the application electronically. They will review and accept it the next working day and your NOA, fees cashed will have a date of Monday or Tuesday 11th or 12th. . It should not be a problem if your window of application is right. All the very best!

On a positive note I got an email saying that the biometrics appointment has been scheduled but there is no document uploaded to the documents section of the filing. Guess and hope will have the appointment date soon.:)

Sure. but need more information like

GC-Date: The 'Resident Since' Date located on your first green card and where you sent it to? Dallas Phoenix or Chicago? Also where your closest field office is.
