Visa aproved but got 221g

Hi I’m new and I have a question. My fiancé visa was aproved but was given 221g for me to write a letter to the consulate in Costa Rica to revalidate I-129f and reafirm my intention to marry him within the 90 days , the reason for that Is that the process took forever, because they said an email was sent to the lawyer with instruccions on how to gather all the documents and he said he didn’t  receive an email , anyway he had the interview and got 221g, my question is the consul also gave him back the medical exams for him to take to the Dr to make a correction on them , he was not told what the problem was , the Dr already fixed the problem and gave him back the exams , so now do we send them back with the 221 or he takes them with him to us , because the medical exams were never mention  at all on the form 221g . Please help , thank you

In my country the medical exam results were sent directly to the consulate.  They need the medical to prepare the entrance document package . I would send them through as you have already had the interview . Did they keep your passport ?

Hi thank you for your answer. The Dr sent the exams to the consulate but after the interview she gave them back to my fiancé for the Dr to correct and error,  he ask the Dr. what to do with them and he had no clue, the 221g does not mention anything about returning them back to the consulate it only says for me to send a letter about the I-129 revalidación.
