Please Help with this USCIS/NVC ISSUE

Still waiting on mine to reach the NVC.  At this point I'm losing hope that it will ever be sent there.  It's so frustrating not being able to do anything about this.  If I made these kind of mistakes at my job I would be fired.

Did you email the NVC Research with the scan copy of your notices ?

We also do not any feedback from the senators and congressmen... we don't feel like they are doing anything.

I did the first time, but I've been told I need to wait six weeks from the re-approval notice to contact them again.  Prior to re-approval I started investigations at USCIS and the NVC, contacted the ombudsman, my congressman and contacted the CSC.  I got replies from everyone except the congressman.  The quickest reply was from the CSC.  They emailed me the day after my reply and told me they would submit my case for re-adjudication.  Anyway, if this reaches the six week point again, I'll start another investigation at the NVC and contact the CSC.

The congress person just said to us to wait till january 21...

Just wanted to check how everyone in here is doing.  I got this today from the CSC - "Your case has been forwarded to the National Visa Center. Please allow 30 days from the date of this letter for the NVC to receive the case and enter it into the systems."  Hopefully it means my case is really, actually, seriously, finally going to the NVC.

We received our second NOA2 on december 6 but still nothing... 

Which senator in California did you contact ? 

Which advice would you give me?

Unfortunately I don't live in California, so I can't advise you on that. What happened is I contacted my local congressman twice. The first time nothing useful happened. The second time my information got forwarded from my local congressman to one of my state senators. Once that happened everything started moving.
