Hi,

I received my approval notice over 40 days ago in the mail. Was pretty quick and I didn't have to interview (entered in April on a K1, Married in May, submitted AOS End of July). But as of today its been 41 days and I still haven't got my Green Card in the mail. Has anybody else on here had theirs take so long from getting their approval notice?

I called USCIS at around the 4 week mark and they told me it could take up to 60 days. But my case status hasn't been updated online either

Thanks,

Are you sure it is the approval notice or just the NOA1 to inform you that they have received your documents?

Its definitely the approval notice. It says it on the right near the top;

Notice Type: Approval Notice

Section: Person admitted to US as fiance(e) or child of fiance(e)(K-1/K-2)

COA: CF1

Also when I called USCIS they confirmed it had been approved
