My priority date is 2/15/2017 and notice date of approval is 5/10/2017. The letter said within 30 day we will hear any contact from NVc however I haven’t heard anything yet. We waited long time for this approval , is anyone here know about this, how long more we might have to wait? my wife  is in China and this is for her.

Thanks

You need to be proactive with the NVC  if you have an approved  I130 or I129f  ,  that is an NOA2, you need to call the NVC, use the application number that you were given on  the NOA1 and 2 and request information. If the first person you talk to at the NVC cant give you any help, request to speak to a Tier 2 supervisor.  Call early in the day to do this, as calling in the afternon may result in them teling you that they are unable to do so, due to Tier 2 workload and backlog.

Please fill in your timeline, as it helps peoplle understand your situation and better reply to your question.

Thank you so much. So is there any number NVC? I saw my approval notice mention email address only.

ya, start with NVC - and look into NVC Electronic processing/intake for Guangzhou-bound CR-1/IR-1 visas ...

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
