Removing Conditions evidence

Hi my Husband filed for i751 at Vermont Service Center in February 2017. WE submitted 2015 & 2016 joint tax returns, bank account statements for two joint accounts, my pension policy with him as beneficiary, two affidavits from friend and close relative, about 20 photographs from throughout our marriage and car insurance card with both our names. My name has my husband's last name on all documents. Now I really wish I discovered this website before sending my package. WE did not send a lease as we were still living at my parent's house and the deed is under my parents name. If I had known I would have sent a sworn statement stating that we lived at my parents for the last two and half years. I was a new college graduate and my salary wasn't high, also NYC rent is through the roof. Do you guys think I will be called for RFE?? We have been waiting for so long and I would hate for this process to be delayed because of RFE. I would really appreciate your input. Thank you!

You don't get called for RFE. You may/may not get an RFE in the mail if the adjudicator deems it necessary when going through the i751 package. But that's beyond your control at the moment.

It is a possibility, they do usually want some sort of statement or proof of living situation.  However, they may overlook it, hard to predict.  You'll just have to wait and see and then provide it if they request more evidence.  Not a big deal at all.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

the bank statement showing day to day transactions with both your salaries going in can trump a yearly lease agreement - it really comes down to the toothbrush - medical bills with same address for both, health insurance, 401K - these are the things that show co habitation and sharing of responsibilities ....you're married when you buy groceries together kinda thing
