I have it entered, it just says bio-metrics fee received. I used a USCIS app btw.

Hello Everyone!

I'm a November filer as well. But was already having issues when UPS messed up big time. :( I went to our local UPS store last Saturday, Oct 29 to mail out my AoS application (I-130 & I-485), so of course I used USCIS physical address instead of the PO Box. Paid 80+ bucks for Monday delivery. I was hoping it can be filed with October applicants because my passport is expiring soon. Long story short, turned out UPS sent my package via USPS Express that should be delivered by Tuesday but was not delivered until today - 5 days later! I had to be passed around several folks in USPS in Chicago before I was able to get an update. It is so stressful and I have been sleepless these past few nights because of it.

Anyway, it says my package was delivered to the mail room, in Chicago, 60604 so now I am even more confused.  Anybody has a similar case?

Huge relief. Finally got the confirmation text and emails last night. But wow, UPS and USPS, never again :bonk:

10/27/2017 - I-130 & I-145 mailed

11/03/2017 - Priority Date

11/10/2017 - Received Date

11/13/2017 - Text and email confirmations received

11/25/2017 - Biometrics Appointment letter received scheduled for 12/07

12/07/2017 - Biometrics done

12/11/2017 - Courtesy letter received re: submission of I-693

01/22/2018 - Online status was updated to "Interview Scheduled" (Feb 22, 2018)

02/22/2018 - Interview - Recommended for approval

02/23/2018 - Online status changed to 'New Card is Being Produced'

02/26/2018 - Online status changed to 'Case Approved' for both I-130 and I-485

02/27/2018 - Online status changed to 'Card Was Mailed To Me'

03/01/2018 - Received NOA Approval Notices for both I-130 and I-485

03/02/2018 - Green Card received!

update @abg: I tried accessing my receipt numbers again this morning and I can't access the numbers this time. I don't know the problem but I guess it's an internal error from them? This happened before during my K1 processing.

Hello... me and my husband just filed the I-485 with Texas through our lawyer. We are deciding to do it ourselves instead. We got back the NOA on 11/10 and the received date says 11/6 and notice date says 11/6 but there is no priority date. Is that normal? Is it because we have to file with an immigration judge instead? Does anyone know how long it takes to get the bio appt.?

Thanks...so nervous we are doing it ourselves.

I technically am a K1 AOS filer, I didn't realize I posted in wrong thread.  But I update the K1 AOS Progress thread to say I got my text late last night too!

Don't worry about the Case Tracker saying it does not exist.  I've seen multiple people say it could take up to 2 weeks before the Case Tracker works.  Don't worry.  Text is the most important part.  It tells you that A.) You filed correct papers and fee so package won't be coming back to you; and B.) You'll be receiving paper NOA1 notice soon.  Which is your legal proof of (pending) status.
