My father has filed for me as a Permanent Resident, I live in Jamaica that means I am in the F2b category.

I got Case approval July 22, 2015 that my case was approved. Thing is I have nothing more. I've emailed NVC but they say they have reached their quota no more issuing now. The wait is killing me and I want to get married!

Can someone please help me...what is happening here. How much longer

F2B category takes 7+ years.

You still have a few more years to wait. Estimate around 2023 give or take a year or two.

If you get married in that time, you can forget about the visa.

as said you have to wait, it will be over 5 years until your interview

unless your father becomes a USC, you can't get married. if you do the petition becomes voided, you have to be unmarried when you enter the US

It the date your parent sent in the petition. The approval comes several years later.

No. Your Priority date is the day, month year they received the i-130. So before the approval. It should be on your NOA1 the first thing you every got from USCIS.

the priority date is on the approved i130 as well

one is the received date, the other is the priority date and the other is the approved date

what matters is the priority date,

check your approved i130
