You said you have a tourist visa so you should know how the interview look like. Your 5 month long trip to the USA might come up. What were you doing there that Long? Also what are your wife's ties to your country?

My interview was 5 years ago & also I have no idea what kind of questions they can ask with Families.

This was the first timeI stay that long in last 4 years because this time I had good saving & other reasons was that I don't had to pay accommodation because I stay with friend.

Hmm, I’m wondering if that 5 month stay will come up in terms of your family ties etc..long time to leave your wife and kids at home and then just a few months after you get back you now want them to get visas? That may look suspicious to a consular official.

in any case, they will need to show ties to Pakistan. Letters from the schools the kids are enrolled at could help but, being kids, their “intent” is really tied to their parents. Your wife also needs to show ties. Does she have a job? If not that could be a issue, normally I’d say it’s ok because if she’s dependent on you then your job/business is what counts, but then again your recent 5-month stay may be questioned in terms of how much it really ties you to Pakistan. (And yes from experience I can say that they will look up family members with existing visas when considering a visa application.) if you own your home in Pakistan that will help show ties.

And no, you won’t be able to accompany them to the interview.

Sounds an awful lot like you went for 5 months to get set up and now are bringing the rest of the family.

I was sort of assuming the 5 months was a business trip, agree looks odd.

That may be an assumption the IO may make.

To the OP, your wife has to show strong ties to Pakistan to prove to the IO her intent is to stay.
