N-470 While pending I-751 Outside US +6 months

Hello.

 

I Received my  Green Card December 2015 through a marriage to a US citizen. September 2017 I submitted my paperwork for I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Now I have to wait the 11-month processing time. I got promoted and I will be moving to Ireland around March 2018 with an American Tech company, where I will have to stay for at least 12 months and after that ideally back to the US. 

 

I guess I-131 and N-470 are the forms that I need to fill not to lose the requirements for Naturalization

 

From I-131 is good to go. I’m now struggling with N-470

 

What to choose on Part 1. Information About Your Eligibility 

 

My absence from the United States is on behalf of (select only one box))::
1. The U..SS. Government (employed by, or are under contract with, the U..SS.. Government)).
2. An American institution of research to perform scientific research.
3. An American firm or corporation, or a subsidiary thereof, to engage in the development of foreign trade and commerce of the United States.
4. An American firm or corporation to protect the property rights outside the United States of that American firm or corporation engaged in the development of foreign trade and commerce of the United States.
5. A public international organization of which the United States is a member.. (YYour employment must have started after your admission as a lawful permanent resident..))
6. A denomination or mission having a bona fide organization in the United States in which I perform ministerial or priestly functions or my sole capacity is a clergyman or clergywoman, missionary, brother, nun, or sister.

It's a difficult one, but  I would actually say number 3. 

 

It can't be number 1 or 2 (unless you work for NASA or such)  Number 3 is foreign trade, I guess its trading in a way. 4. not sure about this one, its dependent on what property rights mean. 5. Public organisation of what the USA is a member (This is an American company right, so the USA is not a member of it) 6 (I doubt your company is associated with the church) So hence I would say number 3.  Just by deduction.  Hope you figure it out!

Yes, I also was thinking about 3. 

 

Thank you for your time to respond. I may not even need N-470 because I don't feel being in a rush to apply for Naturalization right away. If I can re-enter with the Travel Document I-131 I'm OK.
