My wife is my petitioner.  Her last two years income 10,000 and 16,600. In This year her income already cross 25,000. Her monthly income 2600. Is she eligible for Affidavit of support?? Or do we need to joint sponsor?? Tnxx 😊

Income level needed is based on the number of people in the household and the state in which the sponsor lives... you will need to find out how many people she lists on her tax return as dependents, add 1 to that and look up the tables for 125% of the 2017 poverty line for the state in which she resides..

Directions on where to locate the table are given in the Instructions for the I864 form

Thanks for valuable comment 😊

No one dependent on Her tax return. Altogether 4 people living in House. My Mom in law and Brother in law dependent on my father in law's tax return.  So does nvc would allow my wife i864 With only last two years tax transcript,  this year W2, employment letter and paystubs??
