refugee and married to a US citizen

Good Evening everyone,

 

I am a U.S citizen and my wife is a refugee. I would like to apply for a Green Card for her. she has been in the states for 8 months right now. I am not sure how to fill up the form for her, because she is a refugee and married to a US citizen.

Any thoughts ? or someone in the same foot

What visa did she come in on? Look at her passport.

She cames as a regudee. She does not have any visa.

how she enter US with no visa?  refugees need visas or travel documents.  how she get on plane to US?  she file for asylum?  

how she get into US?

Refugees use I-94 form to enter the United States.

no they don't.  i m UN refugee.  i had visa for US.  she need more than I94 to get into US.

Dude, Refugees dont even use passport to enter the United States. This is how I came 7 years ago and my wife had the same experience. No passport No visa. period.
