my ex wife has 100% custody of my 7 year child and i pay child support

1- do i have to include him in my household size?

2- if i include him i make 4000 $ less required income, does money in bank help with that?

You need to include your child in your household size count.

If the shortfall is $4000, you need to have 3 x $4000 in assets/money to make up the difference for foreign spouse with the I-864.

Done with K1, AOS and ROC

i brought my mom here and now she has green card, do i have to include her in house hold size too?

If you signed the I-864 for your mom, yes you need to include her in your household size count.

Is there a list/overview which is the minimum for each state?

Or does anybody know by heart what the minimum is for Georgia?

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024

USCIS.gov and look for I-864p. Alaska and Hawaii have different levels, all other states have the same poverty limits.
