Interview Date

Hi All,

Im Dini from Jakarta, Im the beneficiary, my husband submitted I-730 in Texas Service Center and by the date of 22 Sept 2017 NVC sent case to U.S Embassy in Jakarta, I wanna know how long it will be up to interview date coming? Mostly what's the question will be asked from case officer? thanks

And I assume you mean the I-130? And not 1-730? Anyway, I'm not very familiar with the marriage visa process, but it took about 10 days from the time NVC sent our case to the embassy in Jakarta to the time the embassy contacted us to set up an interview. The interview was about a month later.

Thanks a lot for the info. Btw, My husband filed for me I-730 follow--to-join refugees and asylees. As far as i see in that forum they have mostly K1 fiancee type of visa or I-130. I didn't see anyone having the same boat as me. Hope Embassy contacts me asap
