Hi everyone.

We filed first week of Oct 2016. Green card interview was first week of March 2017.

Case held for review 120 days. First week of July, the 120 days expired. No news.

Service requests x2. Nothing.

InfoPass x2. No update.

Contacted congress person more than a month ago, she told me she usually gives USCIS a month. She would call and update on day 30. She didn't.  I called her on day 31. Not available, every other day since, she hasn't been in the office. I got a voicemail from her once, saying she called to update me to call her back. I wish she had just updated me in the voicemail.  I haven't been able to get hold of her since. I won't be calling the office again because at the end of the day, this is about me getting a green card, not talking to this lady. If contacting them had worked, I should be seeing some movement. Nothing.

I contacted ombudsman. They told me case was still within processing time. At the time, it was three months outside processing time. So that was not true.

It's almost month 8 since the interview and a year since application for aos. No approval or denial. Just nothing.

What to do?

Thanks
