Timeline

This is not an issue. My husbands had been expired. Here's proof. You can see at the bottom it says valid until September 1st but on his K1 stamp it shows he entered September 24th

Timeline

The petition expiration date doesn't matter after you have received your visa. Only the visa expiration date matters. You can still enter the US just fine even if the petition date has expired, as long as the visa hasn't expired.

K-1: 12-22-2015 - 09-07-2016

AP: 12-20-2016 - 04-07-2017

EAD: 01-18-2017 - 05-30-2017

AOS: 12-20-2016 - 07-26-2017

ROC: 04-22-2019 - 04-22-2020

i guess the process really depends on the consult. if you guys can have it in days and others in 3 weeks mine now is already a month and praying and hoping it will be here this week.. I really need to be patient..

Yeah that's  what  important  the good thing  is that  your approved😊. And your right every consulate  is different but it will  come am praying  for guys.
