In my case, from the moment I sent my RFE evidence they requested, it took about 1 month or less to get their approval letter. I remember I sent it within 2 days of receiving my RFE

that's great.. hope it will not take me another three months.. from my NOA1 it has been 82 days now when I reached 75days I did inquiry they said they will respond by October 3. don't know what they will say.. for my RFE we responded back in about a month. they have given me time to respond 87days.  I hope by Oct 3 I will hear good news saying new card is being produced. I can't wait to start working

I'm an October filer. It took me 9 months in total incl RFE to get my green card. I guess it depends on how fast your local office is.

Edit; Filed in October. RFIE in December. GC appoval in July.

Well. here's the thing; there is never a steady estimate we can give about approvals after RFE's. Especially initial RFE's. The official website say initial evidences reset your I-485 petition so that means that your clock starts over. But, not everyone is experiencing this. The one experiences a delay, some get approved a few days or weeks after and some takes months. It's tough

It could be a few days to a few months. Just depends on when the adjudicating Officer gets to your case. Try waiting for 30 days, then mailing a respectful letter to the officer asking them if there is anything else you can do to help the case move forward. This may remind them to finish the case.

I got an RFE sent it back around 2 weeks ago, I had a letter saying they had recieved it & that's it. Hopefully it won't take too long, we submitted Noa1 beggining of April. I have read many people's results from the last couple of months from RFEs taking anything from 2 weeks to 6 weeks on average so fingers crossed!!

What did you get your RFE for?
