Now so confused. Forms filed I-129 ,i-129f, was approved, he came we married within the 90 days.. next step sent for the status change.. forms filed  I-130, I-134, I-485 status chance and I-765,   check sent for $1140 which was the package deal and additional check for $85 for the biometrics which he went to and got finger printed and proof of paper given .. these checks where cashed.. Later  letter sent  I was told that it was a incorrect amount and that the forms where not on the correct date but yet they cashed the checks .. the forms they questioned are good till 2018 and the revised date on bottom left corner is also correct.. resent the proof that all was correct,  revised forms check amount proof and there other form that THEY said was the correct which would of been cheaper.. Mailed said package from post office with the sponsors signed papers and myselfs which was the missing they said from before even tho they had aready a me and another from the visa I sent in advance.. ..  and waited for approval which was well within  the 87 day time period.... much later after the time period I than got a notice stating that the time limit of 87 days had past and they considered it all abandoned.. I was told that I could file a motion or appeal.. which I did.. sent proof that all was sent, also a signed letter from the sponder who also was there when everything was mailed,   I  filed the form for motion sent in the $675 for this.. all the previous additional  before requested material  the  I-864. I recieved a denial and a letter saying one could do a motion which I did. Resent the lost information and once again,  also request from the postal service ( the green return slip from postal service) for them to send a sign receipt which again they did not comply. INSTEAD I just recieved another  denial and letter once again saying the check fees where not correct  or not recieved.. I called the 800 talked to agent Janet # S54730 she checked on all this and the check total is and are correct. .. Just like the Biometric lady had said when I had her check for the first other letter they had sent. I don't know how i can get this all corrected because I am NOT getting the correct responds and am being told that I am filing wrong forms when I am not and sending in wrong amounts when I am not.. I have copys of everything etc.. SO my question is this.. After you are married WHAT correct forms are to be filed.. for the status change, and after that etc etc..

Your post is extremely difficult to read.  This is the guide you should have followed to apply for AOS.  http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

It would be helpful if you followed threads here and you would've seen that it can take much longer than 87 days to receive approval for EAD/AP.

Not sure how an appeal would help if you did not send in the proper forms and needed paperwork or the correct fee amount.  I cannot decipher from your post where you are now nor am i totally sure of what really happened but it sounds as if your going to need to start over.  Please read ALL the guides throroughly.  There is alot of information and helpful tips.  It may be best to get someone to help you organize the packet.

Why not file for AP when it is free?

My best guess would be submitting I-130 was what made it all wrong.

For those who came via k1 visa like me, I-130 is not needed. You only need to file I-1485, I-765 and I-131 as well as have the petitioner fill out form I-864. G-1145 is also to be filled out and included in the packet if you wish to be notified thru text and email.

But who told you to submit form I-130. I am not sure where that one fits.
