Just scan it and email to her besides US Embassy in Manila rarely if ever ask for I-134 for K-1's anymore.

Yes that is true.  Since 2014 the embassy has not required the I-134, they now make it  WE MAY ASK FOR SUPPORT EVIDENCE.  But if they do and you don't have it .... D-E-L-A-Y.

Exactly. While USEM COs rarely ask for the I-134 nowadays, it's still better to have it in case they do so you can avoid a 221g.

Which with USEM you never if they will ask it or not. So like you said it is better to have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

I'm still sending it. I'm sending all kinds of documents. I would rather be over prepared than delayed 😊. Missing my other half and I cannot wait to have him here!!

As to the other part does it need to be original signature I-134 or can it be scanned / copied signature?

Original signature.   (even thought I know a few that used a scanned I-134)  ( but then in reality the I-134 is not an enforceable agreement either.)

It should be an original (although, as stated above, some people have used prints successfully).

I agree with this.  I sent one packet over via USPS and it never arrived at my wife's address.  We actually got it returned un-deliverable 8 months after the fact back in the USA.  USPS explains that once it reaches the Philippines the US has no control over it.  I used FedEx and DHL both.  No problems.  david
