Hi there , my RFE was posted  on august  28 . Havent received it yet. hw long do i need to wait.

You  just sent it 5 business days ago as Monday was a holiday.  Did you send it with tracking?  If so, you can see when it was delivered.  You can use the case status tracker to watch for the update of when they receive it.  Then you must wait for the adjudicator to process it.  There is no specific time period.  Every case is different.  You have to give that whole process at least a few weeks at minimum.

You mean you just received the RFE in the mail?  Well then once you get your response together and send it into them you can follow my above advice.

Update your profile to Filed for "Adjustment of status" when you get a chance also.

Still expecting  to receive it.  am just thinking is taking long to get to me. Ahh Thanks would do  the update
