What do you mean   - the beneficiary does not sign the I-130A ??    A signature and date is required, page 3.

The beneficiary is not required to sign it. The petitioner can do it.

Well that is cool to know.  I saw the signature space stating beneficiary signature on the form and went for the obvious.
