I know I just need to know how long it takes to refuse because I know they refuse fast when they see no solution. Maximum 45 days or less than 2 months

Hopefully, they will approve your visa.  If not, then expect your wife to get a "Notice of intent to deny" letter.  Then the case would be sent back to USCIS.......How long?  Could be months.

She should plan more frequent and/or much longer stays.

There is no fixed timeline...it could be weeks or months or even longer. The CO seems skeptical of the legitimacy of the marriage. I don't/won't judge, but I will say they have cause to suspect something fishy is going on because the circumstances are quite unusual to be married for so long and only now try to live together on a permanent basis.

Timelines:

ROC:

Ppl when get married fast and file fast it's skeptical and they consider it for immigration purposes and we get married after meeting several times for at least 6 times within a year and meant not to file fast to prove also that this is a permanent marriage and not for immigration but they are also skeptical

I agree that here are much weaker cases. Meeting one time and getting married and stuff. Your case seems more like a loose relationship rather than a typical marriage, but it does not sound like fraud. It is everyone's personal decision how he builds his life and marriage. I think they may not be happy and make some background checks, but if you are in a real but unusual marriage, I still believe you will get the visa.

You've been married for 8 years,, and you haven't lived together? No co-mingled finances, no evidence of a real marriage other than saying your wife visits because of her job?

What is done is now done.  All you can do is wait until their decision.

I'm sorry, but this might be a long and less-than-perfect outcome.

I agree with this.  If I were the CO I would have denied you on the spot.  Talk about a huge red flag!  Fill in your timeline and profile so we can answer questions better.

No one can answer this.  There is no maximum.

Wait, your story keeps changing.  You started out that she was visiting every 3 or 4 months.  Now you say she visits every two months?  If you don't answer honestly or accurately it's very difficult for anyone to help you.  I can see why the CO gave you your passport back.

Everything is recorded on the passport and we gave them copies of all the trips and she used to come every 2 months bec she used to let her coworkers work for her but she can't do that all the time so now she comes in October, February and June every time for 2 weeks

I think "loose relationship" is a pretty accurate description of that arrangement....at least in the eyes of the CO.  It sounds like you two are actually together about 6 weeks a year....for several years....it sounds like it's her vacation time.....which is not necessarily a problem.

Where does she live when she is not with you?

OP-  You and your wife really, really, really need some co-mingled financial and legal documents which clearly show you two are both actively involved in a relationship.  Bank documents (which you don't have right now), insurance documents, wills, trust documents, health care proxy statements.......anything which indicates the joint relationship.
