At 5 years minus 90 days you can apply for citizenship. You will become eligible for naturalization (at least in terms of the timeframe) at 5 years.

Unless has documented evidence of fraud, he can't do anything at all. I wouldn't worry about that...your immigration status is fine. Focus on taking care of yourself.

He can NOT take away your GC.  He can NOT stop you from staying in the US.  He can NOT stop you from returning to the US if you leave the country.

To be fair it is a common request on this forum, that and Annulment.

Abusive spouses tend to say things like this all the time, as part of trying to control and manipulate you into either staying or believing the spouse has some sort of "power" over you.  He cannot affect your immigration proceedings in any way (unless he had strong proof to show it was a fraudulent marriage when you entered it).  Don't allow him to bully you into thinking that any more.

By the way (and I'm only mentioning this because it happened to a friend of mine), if he were to physically take your green card away from you, or cut it up/destroy it somehow, this doesn't change your legal status either.

Ok thanks a lot for making things clear to me , I am really sorry that we reached that level , we were happily married in my homeland . I do not know what happened here , he is the one who applied for the IR-1 visa to us because he wanted us to be here with him.

I always say new green card holders really should go on the uscis website and actually read the booklet titled "A guide for new immigrants."  It details all the rights but also the responsibilities of an LPR.
